I'm a rowing coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,320 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Alejandra
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Alejandra: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
