For 27 years I've run the rowing program at Islamabad Rosewood Football Club in Islamabad. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked.

What gifts mean to Coach Aleena: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the end-of-term party. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Haarlem.
