I've coached cricket at Bari Community Club since 1982. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

What gifts mean to Coach Aldo: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
