For 16 years I've run the athletics program at London Athletic Club in London. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
More about Coach Alamin
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Alamin: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
