Coach Akua
Basketball coach, Riverside Sports Club
- 🇬🇭 Madina, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Riverside Sports Club
- Since 1983
- English, Twi
For 43 years I've run the basketball program at Riverside Sports Club in Madina. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
More about Coach Akua
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Akua: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
