Coach Akoth

Youth tennis coach and mentor

  • 🇹🇿 Dodoma, Dodoma, Tanzania
  • Dodoma Football Club
  • Since 1979
  • English, Swahili
For 47 years I've run the tennis program at Dodoma Football Club in Dodoma. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Coach Akoth

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
