Coach Ahmed
Martial arts and fitness coach, Karachi
- 🇵🇰 Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan
- Karachi Swimming Club
- Since 1984
- English
For 42 years I've run the martial arts program at Karachi Swimming Club in Karachi. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
