I've coached hockey at Alcalá de Henares Athletic Club since 1992. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Adrián
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Adrián: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 1994. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Ekurhuleni.
