For 38 years I've run the athletics program at Rawalpindi Sports Club in Rawalpindi. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Adnan: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 2003. I still hear your voice on the sideline! Greetings from Ludhiana.
