Coach Adewale
Youth football coach and mentor
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Swimming Club
- Since 1979
- English
I've coached football at Lagos Swimming Club since 1979. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.
More about Coach Adewale
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Coach Adewale: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
