Coach Adeline
Basketball and fitness coach, Birmingham
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- Redwood Football Club
- Since 1996
- English, Spanish
For 30 years I've run the basketball program at Redwood Football Club in Birmingham. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
