For 22 years I ran the netball program at Bonny Mount Pleasant Boxing Gym in Bonny. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

you coached me in 1999. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Winston-Salem.
