I've coached boxing at Machakos Swimming Club since 2017. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Achieng
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Achieng: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
