I've coached cross country at Nakuru Youth Club since 2013. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
