Coach Abubakar
Rugby and fitness coach, Epe
- 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
- Unity Football Club
- 1993 to 2021
- English, Hausa
I'm a rugby coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 670 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
What gifts mean to Coach Abubakar: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2009. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Accra.
