Coached rugby for 22 years in Tuxtla Gutiérrez
- 🇲🇽 Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mexico
- Gateway Community Club

- Spanish
I've coached rugby at Gateway Community Club since 2004. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
More about Coach Abril
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Abril: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
