For 26 years I ran the martial arts program at Greenfield Athletic Club in Bristol. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
