For 21 years I ran the cycling program at Southampton Swimming Club in Southampton. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

What gifts mean to Coach Aaron: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
