Clodagh Lyons
Helping people break into teaching
- 🇮🇪 Dublin, Leinster, Ireland
- Summit Mentoring Circle
- Since 1994
- English
For 32 years I've mentored people in teaching and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
More about Clodagh
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Clodagh: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
