For 29 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Clémence
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
