Helping people break into software
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Andes Association
- 2009 to 2022
- English
For 13 years I've mentored people in software and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Claudia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Claudia: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
