Claudia Benítez
Teaching mentor, Scranton
- 🇺🇸 Scranton, Pennsylvania, United States
- Atlas Community Trust
- 2017 to 2025
- English
For eight years I've mentored people in teaching and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Claudia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
