Clara Howard
Piano and saxophone teacher
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Orchestra
- 1983 to 2008
- English
I play piano and saxophone. I started in 1983 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Clara
I wrote my first song when I was 16. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Clara: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
