Clara Garrett
Mentor in trades and software
- 🇺🇸 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States
- Pittsburgh Youth Network
- 1996 to 2015
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 840 people through Pittsburgh Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Clara: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

you helped me get my first trades job in 2014. I still have your notes.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
