I run Hope Grill in Leeds. We started in 1990 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
My recipes mostly come from my grandmother. I watch every football match going.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Clara
I still cook the same soup every Friday.
What gifts mean to Clara: A gift would go toward ingredients for community meals.
