I teach French at Bakersfield Academy in Bakersfield since 2003. Most days I teach teenagers, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I've had 1,150 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Claire: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me French in 2025 at Bakersfield Academy. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.

You probably don't remember me, I sat by the window in 2016. I remember you. Greetings from Cần Thơ.
