Citra Lestari Utomo
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
- Trinity Repairs
- Since 1982
- English
I've worked in thatching since 1982. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 2,330 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
What gifts mean to Citra: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
