Citlali L. Ruiz

Helping people break into design

  • 🇨🇴 Palmira, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
  • Palmira Mentoring Circle
  • Since 2011
  • Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 600 people through Palmira Mentoring Circle. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
