I've coached cricket at Crown Swimming Club since 1984. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
More about Citlali
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Citlali: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
