Citlali A. Fernández

Helping people break into farming

  • 🇪🇸 Girona, Catalonia, Spain
  • Windsor Community Trust
  • 1997 to 2013
  • Spanish, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 780 people through Windsor Community Trust. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Citlali

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
