I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 28 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ciara
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Ciara: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me agriculture in 1994 at Limerick Boys' School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
