Baking for 43 years in Dublin
- 🇮🇪 Dublin, Leinster, Ireland
- Dublin Works
- Since 1983
- English
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1983 in Dublin and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm learning the guitar.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Cian
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Cian: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
