Cian C. Hughes
Local thatching and welding
- 🇮🇪 Kilkenny, Leinster, Ireland
- Heritage Shop
- Since 2011
- English, Spanish
I've worked in thatching since 2011. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 870 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
What gifts mean to Cian: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
