Chukwuemeka Yakubu Nwachukwu
Tabla player and teacher in Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Cedar Grove Quartet
- 1992 to 2020
- English, Igbo
I've played tabla from 1992 to 2020, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
More about Chukwuemeka
I wrote my first song when I was 16. It was terrible and I still love it.
