Chukwuemeka Kunle Quadri
Jazz player and teacher in Kano
- 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
- Since 1978
- English
I play jazz and tabla. I started in 1978 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 10 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily.
More about Chukwuemeka
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Chukwuemeka: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
