Helping people break into engineering

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,850 people through Bacolod Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
