- 🇺🇸 San Francisco, California, United States

For 40 years I've run the rowing program at San Francisco Boxing Gym in San Francisco. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
