I've coached tennis at Los Angeles Community Club since 2014. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
