I taught social studies at Mount Pleasant Secondary School in Los Angeles from 1991 to 2024. Most days I taught first-year students, and my door was open at lunch.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Chloe
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
