Chinedu Abubakar Adeyemi
Self-taught oil painting artist
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Old Lagos Print Workshop
- Since 1985
- English
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes jewelry. My first show was in 1985 at Old Lagos Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the sea. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
