For 36 years I've run the boxing program at Ibadan Youth Club in Ibadan. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Chidi
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Chidi: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
