Chiara Farina
Helping people break into finance
- 🇮🇹 Latina, Lazio, Italy
- Latina Association
- 2014 to 2023
- Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 410 people through Latina Association.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Chiara
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
