Chiamaka Nwosu
18 years teaching English literature in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Phoenix Boys' School
- Since 1997
- English, Yoruba
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 29 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the robotics club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir.
More about Chiamaka
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Chiamaka: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
