Chhaya W. Tripathi
Volunteer mentor with Acacia Association
- 🇮🇳 Durgapur, West Bengal, India
- Since 2016
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 250 people through Acacia Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
