Chhaya H. Sandhu

Helping people break into farming

🇮🇳 Nashik, Maharashtra, India
Nashik Community Trust
Since 1985
English, Hindi

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 820 people through Nashik Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Chhaya

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
