Helping people break into farming

For twelve years I've mentored people in farming and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2021. I still have your notes. Greetings from Denpasar.
