I've volunteered with Lotus Community Kitchen from 2002 to 2011. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 17 people now. Everyone brings something.
More about Chhaya
If you've ever been helped by one of our sessions, you're the reason we keep going.
What gifts mean to Chhaya: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
