Cheng Yang Li

Sitar and drums teacher

  • 🇺🇸 Lansing, Michigan, United States
  • Lansing Fairview Band
  • Since 2010
  • English, Mandarin
I play sitar and drums. I started in 2010 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 14 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

More about Cheng

I write my first song when I was 21. It was terrible and I still love it.
