Chebet Wambui Kamau

Saxophone and classical teacher

  • 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
  • Kasarani Unity Band
  • 1988 to 2015
  • English, Swahili
I've played saxophone from 1988 to 2015, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach. I teach about 20 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Chebet: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
