Chebet Hellen Lyimo
Chess and fitness coach, Mombasa
- 🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
- 1989 to 2007
- English, Swahili
I coached chess at Mombasa Gateway Athletic Club from 1989 to 2007. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Chebet
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
